Protected calls require compatible PhoneCrypt endpoints. PhoneCrypt does not encrypt ordinary GSM calls or email.

Do I need an internet connection?
Yes. Professional uses a data connection for protected communication.
Can it integrate with our PBX?
PhoneCrypt Gateway is intended for this purpose. Compatibility with the specific PBX must be checked.
Does the other party need PhoneCrypt?
Yes. Protected software calls require compatible PhoneCrypt solutions at both ends.
Does it encrypt GSM calls or email?
No. Protection applies to PhoneCrypt calls and messages, not ordinary GSM calls or email.
Can I message an offline user?
Yes. PhoneCrypt can send encrypted chat messages to users who are offline.
